"Life in Prison: Stories and Images from Occupied Palestine":Video

Today I received in an email the video below produced by Frank Romero who I met for the first time in October at an event put on by Eyewitness Palestine LA titled "Life in Prison: Stories and Images from Occupied Palestine." Frank spent last summer in the OT with many others, putting his faith to work, on the ground, side by side with ALL there. Since that time I have seen Frank at every event I have gone to concerning Palistinian solidarity. The music that he chose for his slide show is SO moving. As he states on the youtube link:

"Slideshow of images taken from the Occupied West Bank in the Summer of 2006. Music by Donny Hathaway, Sam Cooke, and Marvin Gaye.

I used these three artists to make the connection between the Black-American Experience during American Apartheid and the Arab-Muslim and Arab-Christian Experience during Apartheid and occupation in Palestine."

Frank, thank you so much for sending this and it goes out from your heart here in LA to Palestine in SOLIDARITY.
